Spinelli's Code Names
IF anybody watches the soap opera "General Hospital", they know of the lovable nerdy character known as Spinelli. I am always amused by the somewhat random code names he gives to everyone (i.e. Stone Cold, Maximista, Fair Elizabeth, etc.), and I wanted to try it out with a few people that have written on my wall recently. Here goes nothing...
**Disclaimer** I am not trying to make fun of anyone. Just like ont he show, the code names are somewhat arbitrary. Don't get mad, be flattered that I picked you out of over 700 facebook friends.
Ephraim Anderson would be called The Rabbi, because of our many antics taking Hebrew together.
Kadi McLean would be called the Cool One because of her coolness, and because she has shown me that I should know who The Cool Kids are, even though I still don’t.
Evelyna Laurie would be called Bubbles because of her bubbly personality, and it avoids other stereotypical names that’s not in the Spinelli spirit.
Kellee Burrell would be Fair Feist because of her feistiness. She’s a cool person though, so she’s entitled to a fair modifier before it.
Ivy Vong would be Fair Ivykins, because the nickname is cool enough not be replaced, and she’s such a nice person of course she gets a “fair” too. After all, it’s not a new nickname if I don’t add something.
Adegbemisola Daniyan would be the Bright One because of her bright personality and inherent intelligence, so bright was obviously the perfect word.
Malcom Jessup would be the Enforcer because he is employed to enforce the rules of Edwards Hall. Simple, right?
Sha-Meika Smith would be Sha-Meikamista, because firstly I need a –meista somewhere, and Sha-Meika is definitely a cool and random enough person to warrant it.
Sander Cameau would be Preacher of Righteousness because that’s what he is, duh!
Michelle Atengdem would be Twin because we’re so much alike, it is scary. And for some reason I could easily imagine Spinelli using such a term.
Beatrice Dolce would be Fair Connoisseur because of her love for art, among other beautiful things. Being a kind, graceful person, she also got a "Fair", which also designate sthat she's a female. Spinelli's nicknames all seem to be taken from times and cultures which were heavy on chivalry, and thus all the women warrant pretty names.
Peggy Toole would be the Animated One because of her bright personality, animated demeanor, and her love for Anime and Manga.
Finally, Firma Francisque would be the Protective One because of her occasional “Big Sister” moments where she gauards me against certain people. You know, like a big brother would do for his sister (cough cough).
